The Darkside Detective: A Fumble In The Dark Scores A Switch Physical Release

A good way to start the last SRG bundle for the year. Most likely will re-up my Club membership.

Weird. The PS5 version gets The Darkside Detective 1 and 2 as a single product and is cheaper than The Darkside Detective: A Fumble In The Dark physical release for the Switch.
I do understand that The Darkside Detective 1 already had a physical release from Super Rare Games. I didn't get the first one so I won't get A Fumble In The Dark either.

That's pretty damn scummy of them. They could have just issued a duology for both platforms, even though that would have meant that owners of the first game would essentially own a second copy (which they could just sell or gift anyway, so it's not all bad). And both games would fit comfortably on a 4GB cart, so cost isn't an issue either.

Definitely getting this! I've played both games in the series over and over, the writing and art style is sooo good. Really hope that they will make a trilogy out of the series.

Yes! Loved the first one and it finished on such a cliff hanger, even tweeted them to see if they were bringing the second as physical but they didn't know at the time, definitely getting this, if I remember, without the wife noticing, as still travelling. Also its through Super Rare, who I trust more than most physical retailers lately (hum, 1st press games where the hell is my Mindseize?)
